蔡總統列重要政見的「青年教育與就業儲蓄帳戶方案」本月起跑，為鼓勵高中職畢業生先就業再升學，除工作時每月補助一萬元，還特設免試聯招、申請入學加分、彈性轉系等升學優惠。許多高職校長肯定入學配套，北一女、台大卻唯恐變質，成為鑽漏洞的升學捷徑，建議特設招生名額應外加，大學得設門檻、寧缺勿濫。
高職雖然有許多實作課程，但8成畢業生仍選擇升學，教育部推出青年就業儲蓄帳戶方案，透過補助、升學配套，鼓勵高中職生先就業。本報資料照
